You may not claim ownership or authorship of our work. Collaborative community murals remain jointly credited to the community and TheMosaicStudy.

TheMosaicStudy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website, including but not limited to loss of materials, personal injury during workshops, or project delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.

We may suspend or terminate access to our services if a user violates these terms or engages in behaviour that endangers others or damages property. Users may cancel workshop bookings up to 7 days before the start date for a full refund; cancellations within 7 days are non-refundable unless the spot is rebooked.

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
